In “Lost Secrets – Caribbean Explorer Secrets of the Sea” we are to undertake a journey to the warm but dangerous waters of the Caribbean once again (how many times have we already been there?). The golden age of piracy is waiting for us.
The centre of the plot of this new hidden object game are as always the countless riches (the gold) and family skeletons. A famous pirate Francis Laffite’s daughter is trying to find out in what circumstances her father and… the family gold disappeared. A journey that had started in a Mecca for pirates – Port Royal, will continue at a variety of less known islands and towns. An old pirate map will serve as a guide-book.
The playing process is quite familiar – looking for the hidden objects, still you’ll have to be very attentive, as the developers of the game often use a special method of “indrawing” the objects required (the list is attached) into the objects of bigger size or even in the background so that they don’t stand out against the background any more and become unnoticeable. There are several prompts provided just in case someone has any difficulties.
The time given for every location is measured out by three candles in a candlestick – they burn off one after another. One can establish priorities in passing the levels inside an episode of the game and even move from one location to another one through the map. Besides, several types of “pirate” games are waiting for you – these are brain-teasers, mainly connected with cards or dice.
